Our four current projects are 'Innovation+',
'Krishi', 'Phulkari' and 'Astitva'
Project 'Phulkari'
Project 'Astitva' In this project the team is working with HIV+ ladies who are currently working with an organization CNP+ (Central network of HIV+ persons). These ladies are making Cloth bags but due improper market their orders are not continuos, so in order to make their order continuos we are in talk with various Shops and malls who require these bags in bulk on a daily basis. So we will be providing them with a sustainable market.
Two new projects were undertaken in 2012,
namely 'Innovation+' and 'Krishi'
Project 'Innovation+' revive a failing paper recycling unit where 4 HIV+ widows have been working for 10 years and now they are about to lose their only sourse of income. It also encompasses another 7 HIV+ people who were unemployed but today they are independent entrepreneurs.
Project 'Krishi' brought 15 farmers who practise organic farming to an edge with the leading market chains. We empowered them by providing license, the technique of making advanced organic manure, an innovative approach of selling their residues to thermal stations and promotional drives to create awareness for organic products.

Project 'Phulkari'
·
The Team is currently working with 10 ladies
living in a village of Patiala who are making PHULKARIS, Phulkarian embroidery technique from the Punjab region literally
means flower working,
which was at one time used as the word for embroidery.
·
These ladies are currently making Phulkari for
the wholesalers, at a very cheap rate
and the same product is sold in market at a very high price.
·
So our team is aiming to eliminate the wholesaler
so as to link these ladies directly to the potential market.
